Operations Director

I joined the practice as a senior manager and helped to introduce a practice wide adoption of key technologies.  As my career progressed, I have been the Qualified Person Responsible for Training, the Audit Compliance Principle and RI, supported the Corporate Finance function with financial modelling and consultancy and headed up our Corporate Services team who deliver accountancy services to businesses ranging between £1M to £10M in turnover.

As our practice has grown, I have moved away from the direct delivery of client services to become the Operations Director and form part of the Leadership Team, who focus on the overall operation of the business.  My time is now spent travelling to different offices and working with the local director to help integrate new acquisitions and ensure consistency with our strategic aims.

I love working for Bennett Brooks because it has offered me fantastic career progression, a nice environment in which to work and I genuinely enjoy spending time with my colleagues.

When I am not at work you will find me mountain biking, walking, camping and generally just getting muddy with my children.
