The 23rd March is St George’s Day, it’s also a special date for bennettbrooks as on this date, 20 years ago, we acquired our Northwich headquarters – St George’s Court.
When it was originally purchased in 2004, it was operating as an industrial unit for a lighting company. It was renovated and our team stayed in the original part of the building until planning permission was granted for our first extension in August 2015. Building work commenced in early 2016 and was completed in the summer of that year.
Five years later and just as the Covid pandemic hit, we received planning permission for another extension on the building. After two years of various restrictions, normality resumed and in March 2023 the foundations were laid for our new extension.
Over the last two decades the business has also invested in new signage, installed solar panels on the roof and has undertaken a number of interior updates, including the addition of new meeting rooms and partitioned office spaces.
St George’s Court has evolved with us throughout the last twenty years, through considerable team and client growth, as well as practice acquisitions and an unprecedented global pandemic! We hope the latest (and largest) extension to date, will see bennettbrooks thrive here for many more happy years to come.
